In accordance with applicable state law, all of All State Guard's officers are registered or commissioned through the Private Security Bureau of the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Each officer has had a TCIC and FBI fingerprint records check. All officers are subject to quarterly random drug testing. All officers receive the basic levels I and II state curriculum in their training. In addition, the company provides on-the-job training for each individual post that officers are assigned to.

We assist our client in establishing written post guidelines. Officers assigned to hazardous waste or environmental posts are given first responder awareness level training which is site specific. 

Officers are given a code of conduct as part of their training.
