Ann Ball is the owner/manager of All State Guard Service, Inc. She began working for All State in 1981 as a part time employee and bought out the previous owner in 1992. She holds a license through T.C.P.S. as a security services contractor with the facility for security consulting and sales.  She has also held a security officer commission since 1982.

* Ann worked to establish and became one of the first members of the liaison committee between the Houston Police Department and the local security industry. Is active with the current HPD S. Central LEAPS (Law Enforcement and Private Security) public interaction program.

* Ann teaches classes in private security at the Houston Police Academy.

* She is a member of the professional group called to meet with the Texas State Comptroller to evaluate the Texas security industry and establish guidelines for taxation under the 1987 tax legislation.

* In 1987 Ann developed programmed instruction curriculum for unarmed guards under directive of the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners. She has served on the Sunset Review evaluation of vocational programs for the Houston Independent School District in 1991.

* Ms. Ball is active in ASSIST (Association of Security Services and Investigators of the State of Texas.) She is the immediate past  president of the Greater Houston Chapter (1997-1999). A member since 1981, she was the state secretary from 1984-1988 and edited the ASSIST Update, a quarterly newspaper, from 1991-1993.

* In 1981 and 1982, she was registered as a private investigator.

* Ann takes an active role in the day-to-day operations of the firm.

Samuel V. Ball, Vice President of Operations, joined All State in 1995.

Heather Burleson is secretary-treasurer. She has been affiliated with the company since 1990.

Chester Whittaker, Captain. Chester has been with All State since 1982.

Sgt. Alvin Dixson is a personnel supervisor for the company.
